ICME 2010 Registration

Paper/Demo Registration

Each accepted paper (regular, special session, workshop) or demo presentation must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by May 7, 2010. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must present the paper/demo at the conference/workshops. Each non-student registration to the main conference can cover up to 2 regular/special session papers and 2 demo presentations. Each workshop registration can cover up to 2 workshop papers.

Please note that:

1. No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. One copy of the electronic proceedings will be delivered on site to each conference/workshop registrant.
2. The main conference registration fee does not include tutorials.
3. All non-student registrations to the main conference include the banquet. Student and workshop registrations do not include the banquet.
4. IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration. To join IEEE, please visit ieee.org/join/ for details. IEEE members will be required to show their valid IEEE membership, and students will be required to show their student (and IEEE, if applicable) membership card(s) at the conference registration desk.
5. No invoices will be issued. Online registration and credit card payment are recommended. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a bank draft payable to IEEE ICME 2010 and drawn on a Singapore bank or a Singapore branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
6. There will be a SGD 100 fee assessed for each returned bank draft or for each credit card chargeback processed.
   
   

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to icme2010.secretariat@atenga.sg. Author registrations are non-cancellable. All other cancellations received on or before May 31, 2010 will be subject to a SGD 150 cancellation fee. No refund will be made after May 31, 2010.
